My Crayons!

A while back I reposted one of Diane Faw’s blogs about making Valentine’s Day heart crayons from old crayons. I loved the idea. Now with yard sales starting up I’ve been keeping my eye out for crayons. This weekend I found a bunch. I didn’t have heart shaped pan to use, but I had one for cupcakes and used that. This was fun, but it was a bit tedius peeling off all the wrappers. Back to the crayon hunt!

I’m pressing this because its a GREAT idea. It’s also a good way for me to not lose it. <grins> I’m going to make little granny squares instead simply because I think it would be easier for me to figure out how to sew together. What a cool idea for using up those little balls of leftovers!
