Row 2: Purl

Basket Weave

This is a fun stitch and looks so pretty. It also makes a nice pattern on the “wrong” side. This picture is a scarf I made with this pattern. I ended up making 2 of them and I love it.

Stitch Pattern: Multiple of 8 + 3

Row 1 (right side): Knit

Row 2: K4, P3, *K5, P3; rep from * to last 4 sts, K4

Row 3: P4, K3, *P5, K3; rep from * to last 4 sts, P4

Rows 4: Rep row 2

Row 5: Knit

Row 6: P3, *K5, P3; rep from * to end

Row 7: K3, *P5, K3; rep from * to end

Row 8: Rep row 6

Rep these 8 rows.

Berry Stitch

Stitch Pattern – Multiple of 4 + 3

Row 1 (right side): K1 (K1, K1 through back loop, K1) into next st, *P3, (K1, K1 through back loop, K1) into next st; rep from * to last st, K1.

Row 2: K4, P3tog; rep from * to last 4 sts, K4

Row 3: K1, P3, *(K1, K1 through back loop, K1) into next st, P3; rep from * to last st, K1

Row 4: K1, P3tog, *K3, P3top; rep from * to last st, K1.

Repeat these 4 rows
